• Extended account inactivity — accounts with no login or transaction activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of up to ৳200 per month until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player.
• A voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by you through the Responsible Gaming tools in your account settings.
